What days and hours are you available? Jacque sees clients Monday through Thursday. The first appointment is 11:00 a.m. and the last is 5:00 p.m. How long will I have to wait for an appointment? Jacque returns phone calls and email messages within 24 hours and will do her best to make an appointment with you within a week if possible with your schedule. What is your fee? The fee for a 50 minute session is $120 for the initial appointment and assessment and $100 for each therapy “hour” after. What methods of payment are accepted? Cash, checks, employer health cards and VISA, Mastercard, and Discover cards are accepted. All payments and co-payments if applicable are due at the time of services. Do you take insurance? Yes. I am a provider for several insurance companies and provide EAP services for several as well.If you will be using your insurance or EAP program Jacque will have you contact her bookkeeper with the necessary information. Following is a list of insurance providers with whom I contract. What if I’m not sure I want to make an appointment? Jacque offers a free 15 minute phone consultation. The relationship with a therapist has been repeatedly shown to be the most important ingredient in a successful counseling experience. It can take courage to talk to someone you don’t know. You may wish to speak by phone with several counselors before you make a first appointment. If you have questions not answered here, please call or email Jacque. What if I have an emergency? If you are having suicidal thoughts or a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room. Her private practice office is not an emergency facility.
